We have partnered with a brand new spin out from the University of Oxford, who leverages the deep-expertise of renowned immunologists at the forefront of understanding how T cells interact with their target. We are looking for two research technicians to join the team in Oxford, or commutable to Oxford on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
* Conduct and analyse cell culture-based experiments.
* Participate in group and project meetings and discussions
* Routine lab maintenance including the maintenance of multiple cell lines
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Life sciences.
* Ability to learn and develop to work independently on routine experiments within a reasonable time frame.
* Experience of laboratory work and cell culture practices and/or aseptic technique
Highly desirable
* Masters degree with wet-lab research component and/or prior commercial biotechnology experience
* Knowledge of immunology with a particular focus on T cells
* Prior laboratory experience in immunology and/ or immunological assays such as ELISAs and/or flow cytometry
