Title: Private Client Solicitor
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor:
* Provide expert legal advice on wills, estates, probates, and trusts
* Manage a diverse caseload with a client-centered approach
* Liaise with clients and other professionals to provide holistic legal solutions
* Assessing the value of the estate and listing its assets and liabilities
* Advising on and preparing Trust Deeds
* Obtaining Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration
* Setting up any trusts created by the Will
* Overseeing the distribution of estate asset
* Dealing with any disputes that may arise over the distribution of the estate
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Private Client Solicitor:
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Stay abreast of changes in private client law and practice
