Are you an experienced Events Coordinator with a strong background in compliance-related responsibilities? An organisation based in Hemel Hempstead are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating events, while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and providing administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies throughout the event life cycle, including data protection, health and safety, and accessibility standards
Develop and maintain documentation and procedures to support compliance efforts, including risk assessments and contingency plans
Assist in administrative duties to support the wider team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of events and provide exceptional attendee experiences
Requirements
Proven experience as an Events Coordinator, with a focus on compliance-related responsibilities
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in event management
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
