This new position of customer service administrator is being created to support a team of 13 customer service executives. With lots of training opportunities there is plenty of scope for development in the future.
Duties:
* Loading orders accurately and efficiently onto the company system
* General office administration including filing, answering phones and responding to emails
* Working within a close knit team to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
* Progressing supplier orders
* Project support
* Data Management and cleansing
* Report generation
