Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and web chat platform.
* Assist customers with product information and order process.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
* Handling communication on various platforms including social media
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with Zendesk expertise.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule.
