I am looking for an experienced individual to join a great team based in Liverpool City Centre. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of maintenance services through planning and monitoring workflow through the maintenance system. This is an ongoing temporary role with the possibility to turn permanent.
Responsibilities:
The role holder will be the conduit between tasks reported by customers and technicians and contractors
who carry out the works. To achieve this, the role holder will be required to:
Receive in bound phone calls through the Service Hub telephone service
Operate the Planon CAFM system including data inputting
Maintain contact with technicians
Plan and programme maintenance tasks, ensuring technicians receive adequate workload.
Monitor the job queues and blockages
Schedule materials and other resources
Work with minimal supervision
Maintain rotas for out of hours working
Works closely with technicians, contractors and supply chain partners.

Undertake any other duties that may arise, when directed by line manager.Manual Handling:
The post involves bending, stretching and the manual handling of loads up to 15kg. A system to control the
risks is in place. The appointee will be required to complete a health questionnaire. Appointment will be
subject to Occupational Health screening.
