As Commercial Account Handler, you will support provide support to one of the specialist teams, delivering a quality service to a portfolio of clients in respect of their insurance requirements to ensure excellent retention levels are met.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments for an existing book of clients.
* Will also be involved in handling claims on behalf of clients.
* Providing general administrative support to senior brokers.
* Dealing with and responding to queries in a timely manner.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Proven experience working in Commercial Insurance, ideally within the broking arena.
2. Good knowledge across a range of commercial products.
3. Cert CII qualification is preferable, albeit not an essential requirement.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required, with the ability to develop fantastic working relationships with clients.
