We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team supporting one of our franchise divisions covering a national remit. As the 4th largest Motor retailer in the UK with over 190 retail sales outlets UK wide, this vacancy represents a superb opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our highly commercial and agile HR team working within a large growing PLC. We will also consider talented individuals developing their career taking the next step to becoming an HR Business Partner.
You will work closely with the Divisional Leadership Team and supported by the Head of HR Business Partnering to drive the delivery of the Groups HR strategy within the franchise division. This role incorporates responsibility for the franchise dealerships throughout the country which could grow as the Group continues to grow. You will provide advice that is risk based and commercially focused to ensure you facilitate transformational and organisational change throughout your division. You will be expected to manage business acquisitions, TUPE transfers, remunerations schemes, colleague stability, harmonisation exercises, talent development, colleague engagement and change management projects on a regular basis.
You will be CIPD qualified (or working towards) with demonstrable experience of coaching managers through change on a regular basis. Additionally, experience delivering a wide range of HR advice and support is desired as this role will work in partnership with the established central HR functions including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Training, Reward and Benefit.

It is expected that the successful candidate will be willing to undertake notable business travel in order to effectively influence management and guide and support the dealership management teams in all people related matters.
* CIPD qualified (or working towards)

* IT Literacy including Microsoft packages
* Numeracy and Literacy Skills
* Attention to Detail and Accuracy
* Require strong planning and organising skills
* A valid UK driving license
