As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team and creating an energetic and personable hospitality atmosphere. Exceptional people skills are essential, as this role revolves around delivering an unparalleled customer experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a General Manager or F&B Manager in a branded or non-branded restaurant, preferably in a food-focused pub / restaurant environment.
This leadership role requires strong profit and loss management skills, as success hinges on effectively managing both gross profits and bottom-line profitability across the venues. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate excellent people management abilities, including recruiting and coaching future leaders.
Our client is offering a highly rewarding incentives for outstanding performance. It is realistic to expect a bonus of at least 25% of your basic salary for surpassing bottom line targets and achieving personal KPIs. The salary for this role is up to £40k, depending on experience. realistic OTE £50k.
