Health & Safety Manager | Permanent | Hybrid | Working from Heights Experience Essential
We are partnering with a fast-growing, dynamic renewable energy services provider on a Brand New Position to find them a top-shelf Health & Safety Manager. This is such an exciting time to join the business, as they have recently won a large contract contributing to their wider plan of organic growth. They need an experienced construction Health & Safety expert to oversee and manage their H&S requirements across this new contract.
The ideal candidate will have required experience of managing Working from Heights H&S procedures, as well as having the confidence and communication skills to work closely alongside customers, subcontractors and other external stakeholders. This individual will be happy working autonomously within a smaller, more fluid business.
Responsibilities:
* Taking risk assessments, pre site assessments etc.
* Ongoing maintenance of H&S procedures through the life of the project
* Minimise disruption & costs when working with subcontractors for deliveries
* Providing bite-sized training in H&S across the business
What you will bring:
* Working from Heights H&S experience essential
* Solar panel installation experience beneficial
* Great comms skills & ability to deal with a range of stakeholders
* Adaptability, intuitiveness, resilience
Logistics:
* Ballpark figure salary of £65k + £7.5k car allowance + mileage
* Hybrid role, working mostly from home with weekly site visits
* UK-wide (most contracts are South)
