A leading UK legal and professional services business is hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to join their team in Birmingham. In this role, you will lead the compliance team to promote best practices and compliance requirements throughout the business.
Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, you will be responsible for delivering training across the business, reviewing policies, procedures and best practices, and keeping up to date with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
For this role, you will need excellent communication, organisational and team working skills, and good IT and drafting skills. You’ll need knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements and experience working in a legal environment. It would also be beneficial to have some experience updating policies and procedures.
