🚀 Culture Guru is recruiting for a PQQ / Bid Coordinator - specifically who has experience managing pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) within the construction/ fit-out industry and has basic knowledge navigating their way around InDesign.
💫 The PQQ / Bid Coordinator role requires someone who can demonstrate the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all PQQ submissions.
🤓 Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;
* Compile and organize all necessary information for PQQ submissions.
* Complete and submit PQQ documents in accordance with project timelines.
* Collaborate closely with the preconstruction manager and operational teams to address technical requirements outlined in PQQ documents.
* Design PQQ submission documents to showcase company capabilities and experience.
* Maintain consistency and accuracy across all PQQ submissions.
* Proofread and edit PQQ documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
* Ensure deadlines for PQQ submissions are met consistently.
* Manage and update the PQQ library to ensure all relevant documentation is current.
* Liaise with internal teams and divisions to gather and share best practices and project details for inclusion in PQQ submissions.

* Proficiency in InDesign or similar software for document design and layout.

* Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is highly desirable.
