Role Overview
We are seeking a fluent German speaker, preferably native, to join us as a freelancer for the role of selling tables for the CRN Channel Awards Germany. The position will commence on 13th May and extend until 27th September. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling events, specifically table packages, sponsorships, or delegate acquisition. The primary responsibility will involve reaching out to a list of shortlisted companies, encouraging them to purchase a "Finalist Package," which includes a table at the event along with marketing collateral.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Reach out to shortlisted companies via various communication channels to promote the "Finalist Package."
* Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor packages accordingly.
* Provide information about the event, including benefits of participation and available sponsorship opportunities.
* Negotiate terms and pricing with prospective clients to secure sales.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and fulfillment of client requirements.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
* Provide regular updates on sales progress and performance to the management team.
