Travel Consultant - What will I be doing?
On a day-to-day basis you will offer expert advice to customers, helping them to make the best holiday choice, and will manage their expectations throughout the entire process. You will be speaking to customers over the phone and through other channels and will be working as part of a busy team.
Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?
* Experience of working in a call or contact centre desirable - sales experience is essential
* Trvel Industry experience would be ideal
* An excellent telephone manner and great inter-personal skills
* Excellent grammar, articulate and with a high level of computer literacy and numeracy
* A keen eye for detail and experience of working swiftly and accurately under pressure
* Highly motivated, well-organised and able to provide outstanding customer service
* Experience of working effectively within a team
* Travel Industry experience (desirable)
