We are currently recruiting for aFinance Administratorto provide operational cash administration support to the finance function and Carey Olsen's associated businesses.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in cash operations / treasury function. Prior experience of 3E and Elite enterprise would also be advantageous. Individuals should be well versed with desktop programmes including the Microsoft Office Suite.

Main duties of the Finance Administrator include but are not limited to:
1. Record outgoing/incoming payments in the financial records and post other financial transactions as required by the role
2. Process payment requests to ensure a swift and accurate service to our business and key suppliers
3. Liaise with partners/fee earners ensuring accurate and timely recording and reconciliation of client monies in accordance with local country regulations
4. Prepare of client monies statements for review and approval by Senior Finance Administrator
