We're looking for an HR Advisor to join our client in Tiverton, supporting the business by delivering tailored advice and services to local teams, while also contributing to group-based projects.
Our client is happy to consider applications from candidates seeking both Full-Time (35 hours per week) and Part-Time (25 - 30 hours per week) employment.
Key responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, locally focused HR advice and service.
* Work independently, reporting to the Group HR & Administration Manager.
* Deliver vital day-to-day operational support, including absence management and employee relations matters.
* Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and team to deliver HR services across the group.
Key Skills Required
* Full working knowledge of Office 365.
* Previous understanding of HRIS.
* Experience in a generalist HR role, including employee relations, absence management, and policy implementation.
* Minimum CIPD Level 3 in HR or substantial professional experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Administration experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to organize events and facilitate training sessions.
