We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Manager to join our Sales Department on a permanent, full-time basis. You'll be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, at our Head Office just outside Abergavenny, Wales.

The Role:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the excellent relationships NoteMachine has with its independent customer accounts while also forging strong connections with new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, addressing a variety of queries ranging from service and maintenance needs to commission and fee payments
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, requirements, and business operations to ensure the delivery of top-notch customer service.
- Build and nurture relationships with a diverse customer base through effective communication via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
Who We're Looking For:
- Self-motivated individual with a genuine passion for customer service and a willingness to exceed customer expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confident communication abilities across various mediums.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales with a solid understanding of what constitutes exceptional customer service.
- Proficient computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred, but Not Essential:
- Experience managing customer accounts in a busy sales environment. However, full training will be provided to the right candidate from diverse backgrounds.
