Our longstanding client based in Huntingdon are looking for a Finance Customer Service Administrator to join their established team.
Do you have experience working in both the Customer Service and the Finance sector? (preferably business to business) Are you looking for a cascade of Opportunities? This is a 12-week position that could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate for the Finance Customer Service Administrator must have worked within the finance sector and have fantastic attention to detail, as well as confidence in delivering customer service to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:
1. Primary focus on payment allocation through SAP
2. Maintaining customer accounts and general ledgers.
3. Administrative duties through our clients new Inflow portal
4. Directly handle customer queries via telephone and email.
5. Maximise income while minimising outstanding debt.
6. Assisting the debt collection team through the recovery and legal process.
