THE ROLE:
An experienced Construction Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought after to join a Legal 500 rated team which covers a range of construction related matters. The construction team covers all types of construction related matters and works closely with the firm’s other teams to provide efficient and expert advice on both contentious and non-contentious construction work. The role will be varied and will require the appointed Construction Lawyer to cover the full remit of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters on behalf of funders, developers, contractors and employers.
THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Construction Lawyer will have at least 3 years’ experience in handling their own caseload of construction matters including both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. You will have sound technical expertise in all types of construction matters and be looking for a high quality of work and the opportunity to assist with business development and expanding the firm’s client base. With a strong commercial awareness, you will possess the ability to provide effective advice to a diverse client base.
