We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join our growing, global marketing team.

The role:
As Marketing Administrator, you will provide support and administration to the central marketing team based at our Head Office in Basingstoke.
Key duties:
• Scheduling of social media posts across company social media channels.
• Social media replies and community management.
• Monthly reporting on social media activity.
• Monthly competitor review.
• Management and ownership of marketing asset tool Asset Bank.
• Co-ordination for UK/RoW marketing events and associated admin.
• Supporting the Global webinar schedule
• Managing promotional giveaway stock and Uk/RoW printing requirements.
• Taking minutes and actions at team meetings.
What are we looking for?
As Marketing Administrator, you will have the following:
Key skills:
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Previous administration experience
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with internal and external stakeholders and end users.
• Flexible working attitude
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a small team.
• Attention to detail.
• Understanding of social media scheduling (experience with Hootsuite is desirable)
• Experience managing Meta business suite (highly desirable).
