We are excited to be recruiting for a People & Recruitment Manager based at Southbank Centre - Europe's largest arts complex. Home to hundreds of performances, events and exhibitions each year, and incorporating some of London’s best known seasonal outdoor bars, we manage a total of 14 different retail outlets on site, from speciality coffee shops to rooftop cocktail bars and late night live music spaces as well as a successful and growing events business.
You will be...
-Heading up and coordinating recruitment for all roles and departments across site - ensuring we attract and identify the right candidates
-Overseeing all induction and onboarding for our team - with clear processes and procedures in place to ensure a seamless and positive welcome to the business
-Site lead on training for new and existing employees - supporting our team and ensuring we give people the skills and support they need to flourish and grow
-HR representative for the venue - providing or enabling support where team members need it, and coordinating with our central People team and other departments as required to resolve any issues requiring more structured or formal support
-Managing our rota and payroll system at site, and supporting heads of department in best practice use of the system, with clear and accurate reporting produced for senior management highlighting areas for improvement
-Running the weekly and monthly payroll for hourly and casual staff members and liaising with our central payroll team to promptly deal with any issues that may arise
