Planning Lawyer
Remote or Hybrid Working
Our client, a Local Authority based in the Southeast is seeking a locum Planning Lawyer to join their legal services team on an ongoing basis. Although full-time working hours would be preferred, part-time hours may be considered.
The successful Planning Lawyer will be able to undertake this position on a remote or hybrid basis.
Responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer:
* S106 Agreements
* S38 and S278 Agreements
* Providing advice to planning officers
* Providing advice on highway enforcement
Experience required for the Planning Lawyer:
* Qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive
* Experience in advising on a range of planning matters, and dealing with planning and highways agreements
