* Child-Centered Practices: Champion practices that prioritize the well-being of children, including direct work and participation.
* Supervision of Professional Staff: Lead and guide a team of professionals.
* Recruitment: Play a key role in recruiting and retaining talent.
* Building Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance services.
* Budget Management: Efficiently manage delegated team budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Minimum Requirements:
* SWE Registration: Registered with the Social Work England.
* 5 Years Post-Qualifying Experience: Demonstrated expertise within the Social Care industry.
* Enhanced DBS/CRB: We can assist in obtaining this if needed.
* Eligibility to Work in the UK: Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
