Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of the Property Litigation team, you will:
* Independently manage a comprehensive caseload, from inception through to trial
* Collaborate in both one-on-one and team environments to tackle complex legal disputes
* Provide strategic litigation advice directly to clients, ensuring clarity and effectiveness
* Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, fostering professional growth and excellence
* Engage with surveyors and advocates to construct comprehensive legal strategies
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 6 years PQE, with a specialisation in development disputes (ideal, not essential)
* Demonstrated ability to work cohesively within a team
* A commendable technical legal acumen
* A practical and commercial mindset
* The capacity to manage significant caseloads with a proactive approach
* An aptitude for supervising and mentoring junior staff
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a keen interest in talent development
