They are seeking a passionate, result driven and self-motivated Internal Key Accounts Executivewith proven track record who will thrive in a collaborative sales environment.
Front line sales enquiries:
* This may entail activities such as price and delivery guidance, serial number checks, offering alternative stocked options and the issuing of formal FLS & Sales (price list) category quotations:
Order processing:
* Responsible for the timely and accurate fulfilment of sales orders from the initial sale through to completion.
* Manage the review and release of all necessary supporting order documentation; technical data sheets, shipping documentation, schedules and certification etc.
* The use and fulfilment of client specific e-commerce platforms where assigned (e.g. Ani, Cooper or meerkat etc.).
* Processing of contract orders (when and where trained, experienced and/or focussed).
Master Data Management:
1. Client Data. Help to ensure accuracy and maintenance of data on file e.g.: BP Remarks, BP Pricing, BP Catalogue Numbers, BP Logistical details, E-commerce access etc.
