Job Description
We are excited to be recruiting for this role based in our Milton Keynes office.
Your role will be to provide leadership and delivery in the areas of People data insights and HR systems. To identify needs and facilitate system and process changes via continuous improvement. To enable and lead the production and interpretation of management information and people analytics. To ensure that there is a focus on excellence in HR systems, insights for stakeholders and lead on people analytics, monitoring and planning in line with HR strategy, corporate governance and business management requirements. To define the HR Systems architecture and future strategy.
HR Information Systems
* Provide leadership and direction in the continuous improvement and inter connectivity of existing HR systems ensuring governance in line with legislation including data protection
* Provide leadership and direction to the introduction and enhancement of HR systems, processes and business architecture to ensure successful configuration, deployment and performance whilst minimising business disruption
* Keep abreast of the environment including legislation and Group policies and ensure HR systems are compliant
* Lead and manage development activities via a structured project methodology framework, delivering to plan
* Engage in the delivery and regular review of the HR plan and risk controls
People Analytics
* Develop and implement systematic and easily accessible methods for obtaining timely and accurate workforce data and management information encouraging self-service wherever possible
* Produce and interpret timely and meaningful management/ KPI reports, highlighting trends and insights, promoting proactive people management activities
* Define and implement a strategic approach to people analytics for the business, agreeing people metrics/ KPIs with GHRD and other business leaders
We are looking for someone who has:
* Experience of working at a senior HR level in a large, complex organisation, preferably in relevant or comparable industry sectors e.g. Property, Multi-site Retail, Consulting/Intermediaries, Financial Services B to C, Professional Services
* Prove experience in leading HRIS development projects and activities, joining systems landscape to enable HR processes and decision-making to function efficiently and effectively
* Experience of leading systems implementation and upgrades from the internal client side
* Experience in developing, mapping, analysing, redesigning and implementing continuous process improvements for risk management, corporate governance, efficiency and good stakeholder service
* Ability and experience in developing, mapping, analysing, designing and implementing people analytics to meet business requirements and to promote thought leadership
* Knowledge of developments and expertise in relevant technologies and data manipulation
* Experience of thought leadership and the development of innovative approaches to complex problems
