Forward Role have exclusively partnered with a brand leader in vitamins and supplements to bring you two exciting opportunities to join their team as Area Sales Manager. The roles will focus on the northern region across both the North West & North East of England. About the role:
* Drive sales performance to meet and exceed weekly, quarterly, and annual targets.
* Expand product distribution and increase sales rates within the assigned area.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
* Execute effective in-store merchandising and POS placements.
* Implement operational strategies to maximize area performance.
* Educate and engage customers on our extensive product range and market opportunities.
* Organise and conduct informative events and tastings.
* Launch new products and achieve brand distribution goals.
* Negotiate and implement promotional activities to boost sales and brand visibility.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
* Monitor market trends and maintain a competitive edge.
* Regularly update the company CRM to ensure accurate tracking of sales and customer interactions.
What they are looking for:
* You must hold of a full, clean driver's license as this role requires regular travel around your assigned area.
* You must be happy with remote working with travel around your assigned area.
* You must live in the North West or North East of England to be eligible for the role.
* Demonstrate a track record in FMCG retail sales, with 3-5 years of experience, ideally within the vitamins & supplements sector or a related field e.g. health, wellness, sports, beauty, pharmaceuticals.
* Independent, highly organized, and sales driven.
* Proficient in time management, negotiation, and selling skills.
