Randstad Construction, Property & Engineering are recruiting for a Technical Facilities Manager with ideally a mechanical or electrical bias for a leading FM client. The role is based in the Ayrshire, with some travel and hybrid working.
As a Technical Facilities Manager you will be managing a large team of multi skilled engineers working on well known hospitality and retail contracts. Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on gas systems, small installation projects, servicing and repairs.
Package:
Competitive salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience)

Provide technical support and guidance on the telephone to engineers out in the field.
Interact between administration team, management team and regional engineering team to disseminate information into the field.
Monitor engineers and promote best practice in health and safety, engineering and customer care.
