We are looking to recruit a General Manager on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the operational and commercial management of our retirement community. The General Manager will lead on all aspects of operations, business planning, financial performance and customer service.

More about you
The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills and have led teams. The ability to liaise with stakeholders at different levels is also desired. If you have previously ran retirement communities or managed buildings in the past this is highly advantageous. Experience within housing and with facilities management is also essential.
In addition, you will possess excellent customer service skills and have strong analytical skills.
This role will require occasional evening and weekend work.
