About the Role:
The HNW New Business Account Handler will be required to follow up warm leads to win and maintain new business for the company. More specific duties will include:
* Deal with existing clients and underwriters general queries on a daily basis
* Liaise with new clients both on - site and over the telephone to assess their requirements
* Obtain quotations from Underwriters and issue
* Follow up new quotations
* Check proposal forms and forward to Underwriters
* Attend weekly meetings to review claims, new business, renewals and endorsements
* Prepare for and attend underwriters’ meetings
* Maintain the mailing database
* Deal with and review claims
* Prepare and issue renewal correspondence
* Assess renewals and obtain alternative quotations if required
* Deal with policy amendments
* Update the diary system and action as necessary
