Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare thorough planning documents, detailed designs, and technical specifications, alongside tender and construction documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:
* At least 3 years of proven UK experience in architecture, particularly within the residential and/or hospitality sectors.
* Demonstrated expertise in design and presentation, capable of bringing creative ideas to fruition.
* Proficient in the preparation of concept designs, technical details, and construction information.
* Skilled in selecting and specifying high-quality materials, products, and finishes.
* Practical site experience and familiarity with the construction supply chain.
* Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
