I am on the hunt for a fabulous Ecommerce executive to join a household brand, that is rapidly growing, they are looking for a new Ecommerce executive to join them for their expansion. The new Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for building and optimising retention campaigns via Email and SMS marketing platforms. Specifically, this company uses Klaviyo but experience with other CRM systems will be considered. Your main focus will be driving customer lifetime value rate, as well as managing loyalty programs and tiers and working overall to increase eCommerce sales through email marketing campaigns.
Location: Preston (on-site)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
* At least two years of experience in a similar role
* Experience working with a CRM system, preferably Klaviyo or similar
* Previous experience working within an eCommerce team
* The ability to manage the entire, end-to-end, campaign process for the CRM campaigns
* Evidenced understanding of building automated email journeys that are centered around acquisition, engagement, and retention
* Experience using Shopify
* A confident communicator, happy to work with other relevant teams within the business to create engaging campaigns, including the design team and the wider eComm team
* Confident in your analytical skills, with the ability to report on campaigns and report back on performance
* Previous use of Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel is required
* Capable of identifying ways of increasing email and SMS sign-ups
* The ability to understand the company’s current process and add value to the model
* Happy to support other eCommerce projects from day to day
