Job purpose
A motivated and proactive Marketing and Communications Coordinator playing a pivotal role in supporting the in-house marketing team to deliver key marketing messages to both B2B and B2C customers.
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be performance driven with a strong analytical approach to all content produced and will contribute to the day-to-day running of the marketing team, with a focus on creating social media posts and gathering content for all digital channels.
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be a part of the Marketing department at Sigma 3 Kitchens. You will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and Brand Manager, while working closely with the Content Creator.

Responsibilities
- Creating social media posts and gathering content for all channels
- Posting and scheduling of social media posts for all channels
- Proactively analysing the engagement of all social media channels and creating reports to action change
- Proofing and suggesting changes for blog posts written by Digital Content Creator
- Working with Brand Manager on creation of PR and Communications
- The opportunity to work within a marketing automation platform to create email campaigns to improve the customer journey.
- Support our Masterclass retailers by creating and distributing marketing materials.
- Support our Area Sales Managers with prospecting materials and creating Geoplans.
- Monitoring performance of email campaigns, reporting and suggesting changes
- Creating content pages for our intranet and learning platform.
- Supporting the marketing team with written content.
- Support the teams with managing and packing leaflets, letters, brochures.
- Support with any ad hoc marketing tasks.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant experience.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working within a marketing role or placement.
- Excellent computer literacy and IT skills.
- Producing reports and coming to analytical conclusions.
- A strong understanding of how to use branding and house styles.
- Evidence of being able to produce high quality written content for B2B and B2C customers.
- Excellent team working ability.
- Highly organised to deliver objectives within tight timescales.
- Skilled in using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
- Knowledge and use of Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Copywriting, content creation and PR writing experience
- Able to proactively work to KPI’s.
- Experience in Stakeholder management.
