We have an exciting opportunity for a confident Leadership Development / Talent Development professional to join a prestigious organisation in Basingstoke in the role of Leadership Development Partner. The role is to manage, design and implement a Leadership Development programme to support approximately 800 People Managers across different areas of the business.
There is great scope to really make an impact and have strategic input in this role. We are looking for someone who will really get to know the business and the people, identify what is needed, and design and deliver a first class development programme, sourcing and working closely with external providers.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Design and deliver Leadership Development programmes including training delivery both personally and through third party suppliers
* Manage Learning curriculum including attendance numbers, cancellations, feedback and evaluation
* Review and maintenance of First Line Manager programme and People Leader Induction programmes, ensuring best in class
* Design and deliver programmes with a digitally led mindset
* Support the rollout of group wide skills and leadership workshops
* Use knowledge and understanding of L&D theory to support content design for both internally written and externally sourced leadership content
* Implement and track internal measures and action plans for any improvements that are required moving forward
The successful candidate will:
* Have previous Leadership Development experience as part of a wider Talent Development / L&D background
* Have knowledge of external suppliers in this space
* Be confident in delivery, as well as capable of overseeing delivery of programmes via external providers and internal teams
* Have experience of programme design, with the ability to conduct needs analysis to inform strategy
* Possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence
