The business has created a new role within a new team looking to drive the marketing strategy to the next level.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone to come into the business with a passion for all things digital and a strong track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
The Role:
* Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and customer acquisition.
* Creating, managing, and optimising paid digital campaigns, primarily on B2B platforms (e.g. LinkedIn).
* Copy writing and creating engaging content (alongside a mid-level designer/creative).
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams; including the Board of Directors.
* Analysing and reporting on campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
* Staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation to move the business forward.
* Developing strategic thinking – to fully understand our client’s businesses, and commercial opportunities.
* Developing internal thinking – identifying beneficial changes to processes and recommending change.
The Person:
* Typically, 2-3+ years’ digital marketing experience, with a portion of this time spent at an SME, smaller agency, or in a small in-house team.
* A proven track record of successful campaign execution.
* The ability to write both long and short form content is essential.
* Excellent project management, organisational, and time-management skills.
* Strong people skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
* A strong interest in brands, the media, and more broadly cultural conversations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* A stickler for detail but can see and appreciate the bigger picture.
* The ability to grow digital relationships, and spot opportunities.
