HR Administrative Assistant
Our prestigious Norwich based client, (part of a cluster of internationally renowned research organisations), are currently recruiting for a HR Administrative Assistant, to join their busy HR department. This role reports to the HR Payroll and Services Manager.
This is a part time, permanent position, working 28 hours per week, across Monday - Friday.
Preferred hours to be discussed upon application/interview stage.
As the HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Human Resources department. You will also be responsible for the efficient and effective administrative support to the HR department. This will also include supporting recruitment activities, as well as general administration.
Recruitment responsibilities: (extensive list to be provided upon successful application)
* Arranging interviews
* Setting up rooms
* Creating and distributing interview packs
* Taking eligibility to work documents
* Drafting terms and conditions
General Administration responsibilities: (extensive list to be provided upon successful application)
1. Meeting and greeting visitors to the department
2. Answering the phones; assisting with queries
3. Creating and maintaining personnel files including scanning, copying, filing and saving documents
