iQ Student Accommodation have an exciting opportunity for a marketing executive to join our team in London. Key focus of the role will be to deliver effective resident retention and engagement campaigns via email comms and optimising customer journeys and experiences. The role will also involve planning, delivering, and reporting on marketing campaigns and activities, predominantly offline.
Key Responsibilities
* Planning, delivery, and reporting on regional marketing activity, to maximise occupancy.
* Supporting the Customer Marketing Manager to deliver and optimise customer marketing campaigns, customer journeys and experiences, and customer engagement comms, for iQ's entire portfolio.
* Supporting on delivery of the tactical and strategic marketing activity required for the amplification of the iQ brand by customers.
* Managing the resident email programme, ensuring email campaigns are planned, delivered and reported on, resulting in a YOY increase in re-bookings.
* Delivering an annual calendar of multi-channel activity to increase summer stay bookings, resident contract extensions, and early arrivals.
Experience and skills
* Microsoft Excel – experience with large data sets/manipulating data
* Attention to detail
* Email experience/using data insights to shape future campaigns
* Ability to work in a fast past/changing environment based on leasing requirements i.e. adapt marketing activity depending on particular leasing needs
