Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answering customer enquiries over the phone, by email and face to face
2. Processing orders, upselling, credit checks and payments
3. Sending out invoices and other paperwork
4. Outbound sales calls to customers and prospective customers
5. Updating customer records using CRM system
6. Organising deliveries
7. Providing after-sales support
