* Supporting all HR-related activities within the organisation
* Providing administrative support to the wider team with all general HR systems and procedures.
* Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
* Managing employee records and databases
* Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures
* Supporting the HR team in handling grievance and disciplinary issues
