Telesales Team Leader within a Technology business
* 60-70 OTE in year 1 (depending on success)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced sales environment specialising in providing driving courses to students.
Responsibilities:
* Player/Coach role whereby you will be an individual contributor 3 days per week and then be the sales team leader on the weekends
* Drive business growth by leading the team on the KPI front
* Increase the teams conversion rates through dynamic coaching
* First point of contact for each prospect, first impressions is important
* Leading the team on the weekends
* All inbound or warm outbound calls
* NO cold calling required
Requirements:
* Track record of success in a telephone-based sales role
* Ideally have experience of leading a small team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Tenacity, ambition, and resilience for continuous personal and professional growth.
* Strong telephone manner for engaging with clients and building rapport.
* Telephone-based sales role experience, with a high output, high volume nature.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a target-driven environment.
