CMA HR Division is currently assisting our client exclusively to recruit a HR Administrator on a permanent basis. Reporting to the HR Manager this role is an addition to the existing team to assist them during a period of growth and change.
What will the role involve?
1. On-boarding; preparing contracts, uploading new starters to the HR database
2. Monitoring the HR inbox, updating the system and creating reports for the team where required
3. Assistant with absence management
4. Process review and improvement
Suitable Candidate: Previous experience in a HR Administrative role with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Intermediate excel skills are also required.
