Location: Bolton - Onsite 3 - 5 Days per week

Essential Experience:
Model-based engineering techniques and tools, including MBSE – Model-Based Systems Engineering
Proficiency in MATLAB and development of models in Simulink
The confidence to embrace the uncertain nature of early concept development and technologies to progress towards defining solutions and system concepts
A solid understanding of weapon systems, platforms and missile sub-systems
Able to negotiate and influence a broad range of internal and external partners to secure the right outcome
Knowledge of DOORS, Rhapsody and systems design analysis tools
Requirements gathering and Use Case analysis
System Architecture Design and functional modelling
Performance assessment and systems behaviour analysis
Benefits Package:
Base salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
Annual Bonus: Circa £2,500
Annual Salary Review: Up to 6.5% + guaranteed £1k increase per annum
Flexi-Leave & OT: Earn up to 15 days of flexi-leave or an additional 5-15% of your salary in OT - optionally accrued after a contracted 38-hour working week
Pension: Pension 14% (6% Employee and 8% Employer)
Holidays: 25 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays
Company Sick Pay: This ranges from 6 weeks for the first six months of service and scales up to 48 weeks after five years of service.
