Are you in operations management in a mixed-use or retail destination, with a passion for 5* customer service? We have partnered with a esteemed property management company Savills, to recruit a new Operations Manager for one of their flagship mixed-use sites, Lakeside Shopping Centre.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring top-notch standards in facilities and technical aspects.
* Empower, motivate, and develop the Centre operational team, to deliver best-in-class service aligned with sustainability goals.
* Liaise directly with internal & external stakeholders, such as the tenants, landlord, local council, and more.
This role offers the opportunity to:
* Drive innovation and operational excellence, bringing fresh ideas and problem-solving mindset, including the new technology and contributing to the ESG strategy.
* Manage the planned redevelopment of multiple units, with exciting plans to repurpose to further the mixed-use nature of the asset.
* Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the scheme as a premier retail destination, assisting with the exciting planned improvements.
The right candidate will be:
* An exceptional leader with proven empowerment, communication, and motivation skills.
* Innovative, adaptable, and experienced in managing diverse teams and mixed-use developments.
* Experienced in Health & Safety compliance, IOSH minimum.
