An exciting role has become available for maternity to cover, starting as soon as possible.
You will have previous experience working in a customer service or complaints role, have excellent customer care and a proven background of dealing with customers' issues from start to finish in a professional and empathic manner.
As a customer care advisor, you will work alongside the management team.
* Dealing with customer complaints.
* Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Deal with difficult customers and conversations without the need for escalation.
* Maintaining and keep systems up to date.
* Retrieving information from engineers, third parties and customers,
* Excellent computer skills - knowledge of Windows-based software programs
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel is essential.
* Confident in making decisions.
* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
* Have clear communication skills when liaising between customers and colleagues.
* Self-motivated and work to a high standard.
