The Role:
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Co Ordinator to step into a Customer Facing role and skip the grad scheme - straight into Head Office.
The role will report directly into the Senior National Account Manager to help maximise sales activity within some of the companies key customers.
The opportunities available to you in this role and within the business are huge - you could pivot into marketing, category management, trade and shopper marketing, brand marketing or stay in sales and progress - this role will teach you the fundamentals and after that you make of it what you want!
Role responsibilities include:
* Providing robust administration for the SNAM including data analysis, forecasting, stock control liaison and order chasing.
* Being the principal point of contact with the buying assistants in the customer base dealing with any and all situations that arise.
* Working in conjunction with marketing to get stock, mock ups, images and samples to customers.
* Compiling forecast sheets and analysing sales out data.
* Providing the internal team and customers with accurate reporting including promotional activity and sales.
* Being able to analyse the data to make the team aware of product pricing with retailers.
* Being aware of product placement to make suggestions to the sales team.
About You:
We are very open on background's here - we want someone who has a passion for the Consumer Goods sector and wants to work within a fast paced environment and learn and develop from those around you.
What we need:
* Relevant Degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing.
* Ideally someone who has done a placement in a Commercial Sales, Category or Marketing role - but this is desirable.
* A passion for numbers and delivering against them.
* Bundles of energy and creativity
* Strong relationship skills, both internally and externally to entice people to get on board and come on the journey these guys are a social bunch so bring your A game.
