Job Description
* Lead and develop the finance department to ensure effective financial management and control.
* Prepare and present monthly financial reports for senior management.
* Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes.
* Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
* Ensure the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
* Support the senior management team in strategic decision making.
* Manage and reduce operational and production costs.
* Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper management.
The Successful Applicant
* A professional qualification in (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
* Team management experience.
* Strong analytic skills with an attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
