European Sales Leader - Corporate Print & Mail Solutions
About the Role:
Join a leading Global technology firm in the as Sales Leader in their Comm Solutions division. In this role, you'll spearhead our efforts in the print, mail management, and marketing solutions sectors. You'll leverage innovative strategies to manage a diverse portfolio of marketing technology and services. This includes overseeing print and promotional item management, strategic sourcing, marketing campaign support, omnichannel communications, and advanced data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Leadership: Manage the sales team's operations, ensuring alignment with regional strategies. Work closely with senior management to set and execute sales goals, and oversee the implementation of sales plans.
* Business Development: Drive the acquisition of new clients and nurture large-scale deals. Foster cross-team collaboration for international client opportunities.
* Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to position the organisation as a top choice for clients. Research and identify key decision-makers for business growth.
* Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies across Europe. Ensure effective project management and client satisfaction.
* Networking and Industry Presence: Represent the organisation at key conferences and trade shows. Develop new business opportunities and strengthen industry presence.
* Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for information sharing, ensuring smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
Essential Experience:
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development and/or direct sales.
* Expertise in modern and traditional print solutions, with a solid understanding of the technology behind modern printing.
* Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly in print solutions.
* Deep knowledge of the print, mail management, and marketing industries.
* Proven success in complex sales environments, including dealings with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100/250 companies.
