Super job for an Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant, who has experience with implementing accounting / finance software or the accounting modules of ERP software. If you are an ERP Consultant, then as a minimum, you need to know enough about the financials, accounting, and sales order processing side of ERP to be able to take requirements from a CFO or finance director and understand enough to steer them towards the ideal solution.
You will work in all stages of SaaS implementation projects including some pre-sales, through to installation of the software. You need to have a broad view of business accounting and a strong understanding of your clients' needs. They offer flexible home working, 2-3 days a week, travel to client sites will be required, plus a couple of days a week in the office if not out on client site. Starting salary to £50k, plus £5k car allowance and benefits.
Excellent functional consulting skills and business process understanding is essential, and the ability to get to grips with the clients' accounting requirements, and you should be capable of handling your own software implementations through the life cycle, including project planning, requirements gathering, statements of work, software configuration, and overseeing the clients' adoption and training before implementation. You are an excellent communicator, who develops and builds strong relationships and can empathise with your customers.

Your profile:
* Experienced ERP Software Implementation Consultant with Accounting / Finance modules or a Finance Consultant
* Able to run your own software implementations
* Strong analysis and understanding of business processes
* A clear communicator with strength of character and able to empathise with clients
* Experience in training users and handling their change management issues
* Ideally you've worked with a few different solutions and can bring ideas
* Accounting qualifications would be a bonus
