Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of insurance administration, including liaising between borrowers and brokers ensuring accurate records are maintained at all times
2. Preparing and reformatting reports, PowerPoint presentations and correspondence
3. Managing team diaries and organising internal and external meetings, events and appointments
4. Arranging and booking air and rail travel and accommodation
5. Collating and filing expense claims and management of company credit cards
6. Liaising with senior and junior team members, suppliers, clients and professional advisers
7. Greeting visitors, including clients, brokers and professional advisers
8. Assistance with general office management tasks
9. Preparation of lease consent letters
10. Assistance with monitoring tasks for loan transactions
11. Document data extraction and input into appropriate fields of designated databases
