Key Responsibilities include: Providing first and second line technical & application support through phone, email, and direct interaction for both internal and external customers. Managing the day-to-day performance of infrastructure & applications, including Azure cloud environments, VM environments, storage, firewalls, and switches. Proactively monitoring and updating IT systems, addressing potential issues. Preparing and configuring new equipment, such as PCs, laptops, routers, servers, and network switches. Recording support requests accurately in the service desk system and ensuring resolutions are achieved within SLA parameters. Maintaining precise internal and customer documentation in alignment with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards. Liaising with third-party suppliers to guarantee service delivery. Configuring and administrating Microsoft on-premises & 365 products, with escalations of complex issues to the senior team. Managing and implementing client projects, with effective planning. Desirable Skills and Requirements: Proficiency in addressing Microsoft Azure Cloud & Office 365-based issues independently. Broad IT knowledge. Experience with VMware + Hyper-V. Prior experience with VOIP. Skills in the installation and configuration of laptops and PCs. Experience in supporting Microsoft servers & applications. Ability to install, configure, and support firewalls, routers, and switches. Strong troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of cloud backup solutions. A minimum of 2 years in IT support, with MSP experience being a significant advantage. Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm, with a hybrid working model and occasional travel as required.
